FIELD: medicine; ophthalmology.

SUBSTANCE: binocular optometric complex for the treatment of amblyopia is characterized by the following: it contains a base on which an accomodometer frame is mounted, connected on one side by a horizontal axis to the base with the possibility of angular movement relative to the opposite end of the frame. The accomodometer includes a pattern in the form of a flat screen of a round shape, installed with the possibility of adjustable movement using a drive connected to a control unit, along guides to a binocular attachment, equipped with a video control device for outputting a signal from each eye to the monitor, a backlight unit, and optical elements including an eyepiece and a beam splitting prism for directing the optical signal from the eye of the subject and rotatably mounted corrective lenses for each eye. The accomodometer is connected to an encephalograph in turn connected to the helmet electrodes connected to the patient, and to a computer including Eye-tracker software for gaze control, the control outputs of which are connected to the pattern drive to control its movement, to the patient's sound warning device and video control device and binocular nozzle.

EFFECT: increase in the effectiveness of treatment of amblyopia of any degree of complexity in patients of different ages in a shorter period of time.
