FIELD: medical equipment.

SUBSTANCE: device for aspiration of liquid contents of cystic formations consists of a piston, case, referring tube, hollow needle and an aspiration tube with an aspiration aperture. The case includes two parts, smooth and ridge one. The referring tube is fixed on the smooth part supplied with a branch pipe for exhaustion. The ridge part incorporates a piston, supplied with a flange to join a syringe. On the distal extremity of the piston the aspiration tube is fixed, with the spring kept by a hollow screw support on one side and a nut fixator on the other side. The screw support has an external threading whereon is screwed the ridge part of the case with a needle where an aspiration tube having a rounded off working end passes. The needle has a section made at an angle of 45-60 degrees to an axis of the needle. The needle passes in the referring tube which has a blind plug with a central round aperture and four additional apertures around it. The needle projects from the referring tube blind plug.

EFFECT: preventing liquids from pouring to surrounding tissues; ruling out damage of tissue of an organ with cystic formation; aspiration of cystic contents and subsequent introduction of sclerosing substances at one manipulation.
