SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medicine and medical equipment, namely to surgery, and pertains to apparatus for bone marrow puncture for the purpose of diagnosing blood diseases. The purpose of the invention is creation of a simple, easily accessible, reliable and at the same time safe apparatus for sternal puncture and the iliac crest. The apparatus for bone marrow puncture comprises a syringe and a shield nut. The apparatus therein comprises a mandrel with a diameter of 2.7 mm and a steel tube needle with an outer diameter of 4 mm and an inner diameter of 2.8 mm with two recesses at the end with a width and height of 2 mm, arranged circumferentially at a distance of 180 degrees from each other, and a thread for the shield nut is applied to the tube needle at the height of 6 to 7 mm from the edge of the needle, with a height of 10 to 15 mm.

EFFECT: proposed apparatus provides a possibility to obtain the bone marrow required for diagnostics of blood diseases with a hundred percent guarantee, reduces the injury rate, is safe, accessible, and convenient in use.
