FIELD: chemistry.
SUBSTANCE: invention concerns obtaining cooling lubricants in emulsol form applied in metal pressure and cutting processing. A distillate obtained as waste of physical refining of sunflower oil is neutralised at 70-90°C by triethanolamine till complete or partial neutralisation of free fatty acids contained in the distillate. Distillate neutralisation by triethanolamine is preferably performed in acidity index equivalent of 130-160 mg KOWg, the distillate processed by triethanolamine having acidity index of 130-170 mg KOWg.
EFFECT: improved antifriction and screening properties of concentrate and water emulsions in cold deformation processes for items made of stainless and carbonaceous steels, streamlined fluid obtaining technology due to reduction of the number of technological stages, additional sources of raw material for production of efficient lubricant concentrates.
