FIELD: metallurgy.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a method for obtaining a lubricating concentrate for pressure treatment of metals, which represents an oil emulsion in water, which consists in the fact that a mixture of oil tar from distillation of fatty acids with acid number of 40-60 mgKOH/g (fatty oil tar), which are extracted from soap stocks of vegetable oils, which represents a mixture of triglycerides and free fatty acids, and a water solution of oil tar from glycerine distillation (glycerine oil tar), is subject to saponification with a water solution of an alkali (NaOH) till full neutralisation of free fatty acids contained in fatty oil tar so that a soap-glycerine emulsion in the form of a distillate is obtained. Ratio of glycerine and fatty oil tars in the saponifiable mixture is 1:3-1:2. Additionally, to the obtained soap-glycerine emulsion there introduced are free fatty acids obtained during physical refining of sunflower oil (PRFA) in the ratio with soaps obtained at neutralisation of a mixture of oil tars, in weight ratio of 0.5:1-1:1.
EFFECT: obtaining lubricating concentrate with improved antifriction properties, with a reduced viscosity value and with increased stability of water emulsions.
