FIELD: technological processes.

SUBSTANCE: invention is related to the field of vibration effect at processed material during destruction, mixing and other technological processes of machines with rotating actuator, in particular when compacting roadway surface with road rollers, etc. Device of dynamic balancing of pulse rotator, at which eccentrically installed masses in preset position at satellites of every actuator create force of vibration disturbance, thus reducing negative effect to the casing. At that casing of device in the form of actuator is divided into parts, the extreme of which are connected to central part with elastic elements, and in every part vibrators of torsional oscillations are installed symmetrically at single shaft. Axes of satellites are installed at brackets of every part of casing, and eccentrically installed masses at satellites are equal in value and are directed opposite to axes of satellites that are engaged with sun gears at single axis, which is equipped with torsional oscillations drive.

EFFECT: increase of vibration effect intensity to processed material, reduction of metal intensity and power intensity of the process.
