Disclosed is method of generating vibrations on shaft of working member by forces of inertia of rotating eccentrically located masses, according to this method, combined variation of position in space of set of two parallel and synchronously rotating vibration excitation shafts regulates and converts oscillation modes in modulus, direction and number of simultaneously acting differently directed oscillations per one cycle.

EFFECT: providing optimum value of direction and combination of vibration action on materials in various technological processes, increased durability and reliability of operation.
