FIELD: machine building.

SUBSTANCE: rotator consists of two parts of shaft of working element, of cam-pusher made in form of two-arm lever and interacting with parts of shaft, and of stationary cams on internal surface of reducer case. Rotation axis of the cam-pusher is made at angle α to rotation axis of the working element; also, tangent of angle α is determined by formula: tg(α)=k·f/(p·d), where k is coefficient of dynamic properties of material, f is coefficient of strength by scale of prof. M.M. Protodyakonov, and d is diametre of an orifice.

EFFECT: increased efficiency of pulse rotator in processed material of higher strength, minimal axial forces and improved axial penetration of drill due to arrangement of rotation axis of cam-pusher to rotation axis of working tool at angle α.
