FIELD: technological processes.
SUBSTANCE: invention is related to method of treatment of actuators that are exposed to erosion under effect of fluids, erosion-preventive alloy for coatings and actuator. Method includes laser deposition of coating from alloy on the basis of cobalt, which contains from 28 to 32 weight % of chrome, from 5 to 7 weight % of tungsten, from 0.1 to 2 weight % of silicon, from 1.2 to 1.7 weight % of carbon, from 0.5 to 3 weight % of nickel, from 0.01 to 1 weight % of iron, from 0.01 to 1 weight % of manganese, from 0.2 to 1 weight % of molybdenum, from 0 to 0,5 weight % of possible additives or other elements, and cobalt added to 100%. Such method, alloy and actuator allows to create elements of steam turbines that are highly resistant to erosion of metals under impact effect of fluids.
EFFECT: preparation of coating that is highly resistant to erosion of metals under impact effect of fluids.
