SUBSTANCE: invention relates to instrument making and can be used for illumination work places or other general-purpose or special-purpose objects. The proposed lamp incorporates a thyristor, two transistors, first and second control light-emitting diodes. Note here that the thyristor anode is connected to the bridge rectifier positive output. The bridge thyristor negative output is connected to the thyristor cathode, the first transistor emitted and the second resistor first output, the second resistor second output being connected to the cathode of N light-emitting diodes connected accordant and in series.
