FIELD: agriculture, fishery.
SUBSTANCE: group of inventions refers to natural biodecomposed compositions, a fishing bait and a forage for fishes. The biodecomposed material in the form of gel contains from 30 to 70 % of water-soluble carbohydrates, such as saccharide and/or starch; from 3 to 35 % of natural fiber, such as gelatin, and the water; thus specified gel is the flexible and elastic, withstanding at least 25% stretching before rupture. The fishing bait and a forage for fishes contain the given biodecomposed material. The group of inventions allows decreasing potential harm from swallowing of the fishing bait or other item made of described natural biodecomposed materials. As the given material is digested, it also can be used as a feed source or the component in a forage for fishes and aquatic animals.
EFFECT: decrease of potential harm from swallowing of a fishing bait and possibility of use of a bait as a feed source or the component in a forage for fishes and aquatic animals.
