SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medicine. The fastener assembly contains a holding unit to the bone, it is divided by a supporting surface on the attachment section in the bone and threaded head, a split tension bushing with the spherical outside surface and orifice for the rod of endodevice, a collar with socket plate for the split tension bushing and with grips, and a lock-nut aimed at joining the grips of the collar, the lock-nut can be screwed on the threaded head. The grips have coaxial orifices to install the holding unit on the threaded head. The socket plate with the split tension bushing forms a spherical joint. The input diameters of the socket plate are smaller than outside diameter of the split tension bushing, the lock-nut aimed at joining the grips of the collar, it can be screwed on the threaded head which differs by that at least one patch which can cross the split tension bushing at least through one input diameter of the socket plate in the position of the orifice's axis to the rod of the endodevice perpendicularly to the axis of the collar's socket plate is made on the outside surface of the split tension bushing.
