SUBSTANCE: invention concerns veterinary. The method involves blood take and stabilisation, extracting thrombocytes from blood, evaluation catalase and superoxidedismutase activity in them and malone dialdehyde with account of antioxidant thrombocyte state factor. If the antioxidant thrombocyte state factor of newborn calves lies within 6.4×10⁶-5.5×10⁶ ME²/nmol×10⁹ thrombocytes, the calves receive 150 mg of Ecos per a kg of body weight for 10 days. If the antioxidant thrombocyte state factor of newborn calves lies within 5.4×10⁶-4.7×10⁶ ME²/nmol×10⁹ thrombocytes, the calves are prescribed 0.01% Phosphagum solution by 100.0 ml in the morning and 150 mg of Ecos per a kg of body weight in the evening for 10 days. If the antioxidant thrombocyte state factor of dyspeptic newborn calves is 4.6×10⁶ ME²/nmol×10⁹ thrombocytes or lower, calves are prescribed 0.01% Phosphagum solution by 100.0 ml in the morning, 10.0 ml of 10% calcium gluconate in the afternoon, and 150 mg of Ecos per a kg of body weight in the evening.

EFFECT: updated and efficient thrombocytopathy correction for newborn calves in each particular case, invigoration of young cattle animals.
