FIELD: technological processes.
SUBSTANCE: method of volume-reproducing machine operation is related to machine-building, in particular, to machines that are used in woodworking industry. Surface of part reproduced sample is rolled manually with tracer spindle. Spindle movement is converted by means of motion sensors into signals. Signals are sent with the help of motions converter and control system to propulsion motors, which move processed billet and tool head with tool in relation to each other in direction of three axes of coordinate space. At that casing of motions converter with detectors of spindle motions is rigidly installed at tool head. Tracer spindle is suspended in motions converter at elastic elements with the possibility of movement in relation to motions sensors in direction of three axes of coordinate space. Trajectory of relative movement of processed billet and tool head is preset as matching trajectory of spindle movement in relation to converter motion sensors, and rate of tool head movement is changed proportionally to the force that is applied to spindle. Method provides increase of manufacturing quality and efficiency.
EFFECT: increase of manufacturing quality and efficiency of volume-reproducing machine.
