FIELD: construction.

SUBSTANCE: heat and sound insulation unit is related to laminated articles used in construction for heat and sound insulation of buildings and their premises. It includes casing and contains modules that are put one above another and that consist of corrugated sheet with corrugations of zigzag shape and smooth sheet connected to it, casing walls embrace modules at the ends and are arranged with the possibility of holding modules as put one above another, at that number of modules in the unit, as well as height of corrugation and angle of corrugation facets incline for every module are selected based on provision of preset sound insulation value, at least, in one preset range of frequencies according to experimentally established graphic dependences: height of corrugation - by maximum values of sound insulation in preset range of frequencies on curve that shows dependence of sound insulation on corrugation height with constant value of corrugation facets incline angle, and angle of corrugation facets incline - by maximum values of sound insulation on curve that shows dependence of sound insulation on value of mentioned angle with constant height of corrugation.

EFFECT: increase of heat and sound insulation unit capabilities on reduction of noise level in preset band of frequencies and provision of its manufacturability.
