FIELD: technology for making filler of composition material, possible use in aircraft engineering and other industrial branches.
SUBSTANCE: method includes positioning the template in form of flat sheet of prepreg. Composition of linking prepreg is solidified by hot pressing at flat state of sheet. Template is deformed in accordance to required relief. Saturation of non-saturated zones is performed and product is solidified finally. At portions of flat sheet of prepreg, on which in accordance to configuration of sides of corrugations of filler, template bend lines are positioned, before final solidification of linking composition of prepreg, removal of linking composition is performed along width not less than length of bending arc of sheet template near vertex or recess of corrugation. Removal of linking composition of prepreg is performed by burning out the linking layer with a beam of technological laser.
EFFECT: provision of high quality of product.
