FIELD: transport.

SUBSTANCE: trolley is made up of a backbone beam bearing on tubular props with running wheels. The backbone beam front accommodates rockers arranged to run around a fixed axle with cradles attached to the rockers end. The backbone beam central part accommodates a spacer rod with a roller on its free ends and hinged to the said central part, the said spacer rod linked to the pull winch cable holding the trolley and allowing it to move along the pipeline inner surface. Service personnel seating in the said trolley inspect the pipeline. The drive turns the rockers so as to allow inspecting the entire inner pipeline surface at whatever point across the pipeline cross-section.
