FIELD: engines and pumps, heating.

SUBSTANCE: steam generator washing unit incorporates a pump unit, a control system and a washing device made up of servomotors, surveillance cameras, a feed device and comprises, at least, one guiding and rotary bar provided with a water nozzle. The servomotors are mounted on three plates, i.e. top, medium and bottom, jointed by the guides. The top plate is furnished with a flange, while medium plate accommodates a ball-screw pair, its ends being fitted in bearings fixed at the top and medium plates. The servomotor mounted on the bottom plate is linked, via two high-precision gears, to the said pair rod. The rotary bar is mounted on the medium plate and furnished, in its lower part, with the high-precision gears linked to the servomotor. The rotary bar upper part is provided with water nozzle and a barrel housing the surveillance cameras, a laser ranger and LEDs. The aforesaid tight barrel is arranged at the rotary bar upper part and furnished with a transparent screen, while the water nozzle incorporates, at least, two atomisers aligned in opposite directions.

EFFECT: higher efficiency of slime removal steam generator from pipe space.
