FIELD: agriculture.

SUBSTANCE: mobile robot sprayer comprises a self-propelled chassis, including a platform mounted on a frame, with front guides and rear drive wheels driven by electric motors, a power supply system, including battery packs and a solar panel, a control and navigation system, including an on-board computer, a control unit chassis electric drives, an integrated navigation system module, a vision system in the form of a laser optical rangefinder and ultrasonic sensors, a system for placing, supplying and distributing pesticide spray solutions, a foam generation system, including a rod module with fixed and movable vertical frames installed on the platform, symmetrical horizontal cantilever – rotary farms with guides and with foam generation modules installed on them. Suspended vertical rods of each generation module are made in the form of an arc of a circle limited by the points of intersection of the chord with the circle. The length of the chord is at least greater than the height of the crown of the treated tree. Air-mechanical foam generation units are installed on each of the vertical bars. The foam generators of the foam generating units are equipped with electrically driven devices for moving the foam generators along the rods, the middle part of the diffusers of each of which is made in the form of a corrugated reflective ring. In the central atomizer of the foam generator, a centrifugal jet nozzle is installed with an axis of symmetry coinciding with the axis of symmetry of the foam generator. The central channel of the screw insert of the nozzle is made in the form of a conoidal nozzle passing into a cylindrical nozzle, the diameter of which is at least half the diameter of the outlet nozzle of the centrifugal jet nozzle. The swirl chamber is made in the form of a half of an elongated spheroid with the main axis coinciding with the axis of symmetry of the centrifugal jet nozzle.

EFFECT: increased efficiency and quality of pesticide treatment of fruit trees and shrubs, reduced rates of pesticide application, no pesticide loss and environmental pollution.
