SUBSTANCE: technical result of the invention is reached due to the isolation from the received signal of the useful signal in the form of the second derivative of the Gauss function. Isolation is carried out by means of MHAT wavelet-filter. The parameters and wavelet-factor wavelet-filter are selected depending on the form of the useful signal. The device contains in the transmitting part of the generator of super broadband impulses (2), buffer device (1); in the receiving-transmitting part - the switch for reception/transmitting (3), strip filter (4), aerial (5); in a reception part - low-noise amplifier (6), attenuator (7), wavelet - filter (8), signal channel, which contains the device of a time window (9), threshold device (10), buffer device (11), the shaper of threshold pressure (12), the channel of noise, which contains the device of a time window (13), the threshold device (14), the buffer device (15), the shaper of threshold pressure (16), and also the unit of working and control (17), the synchronisation unit (18).
EFFECT: increase in the noise protection of the super-broadband reception device.
