FIELD: information technologies.
SUBSTANCE: when coding information, an ultra-wideband signal is used, made of pulse packs of nanosecond duration described by the first derivative of Gaussian function. At the same time the duration of ultra-wideband pulses packs includes pulse packs that follow with a permanent period and are called "reference", as well as pulse packs arranged between the reference ones and called "central". Information on logical "zero" or "unit" coding in this coding method is contained in time position of "central" pulse packs relative to the "reference" ones. At the same time, time delays of pulse packs relative to each other are identified on the basis of cepstra processing, and thus identified time delays are then transformed into a sequence of logical "zeroes" and "units".
EFFECT: provision of valid identification of information in operation of message transfer source and point of messages reception in mode that does not require their synchronisation.
