FIELD: food production technology.
SUBSTANCE: canned food is produced by poultry fillet cutting, frying and mincing; onion cutting, frying in small amount of melted butter and mincing; ginger mincing and frying in small amount of melted butter; chili cutting, freezing and mincing; green onion and greens freezing and mincing; rice boiling to 150% increase of weight and mincing and salted sprat fillet cutting. The said ingredients are mixed up with drinking water, table salt and CO2 biomass extracts of the given type of micro mycete and white pepper. Produced mixture is packed into aluminium tubes, sealed and sterilised.
EFFECT: improved digestibility as compared to similar dish.
