SUBSTANCE: the invention is aimed at using in manufacturing of meat-and-plant cans for space feeding. Cans are manufactured by boiling beans up to 150% increase in mass with following grating and frying in melted butter, blanching and grating garlic, cutting, sauteing in melted butter and mincing ginger, freezing and mincing lettuce and bunching onion, cutting and mincing pork, mixing the above components with drinking water, table salt and CO2-extracts of the specified micromitset biomass, red hot pepper and allspice. The obtained mix is packed in aluminium tubes with following hermetic sealing and sterilisation.
EFFECT: production of canned food with high digestibility.
