SUBSTANCE: method of manufacturing cans for space feeding involves cutting, frying in melted butter and mincing chicken fillets, cutting, sauteeing in melted butter and mincing onions, mincing and sauteeing ginger in melted butter, grating and sauteeing garlic in melted butter, cutting, blanching and mincing chilli, freezing and mincing bunching onion and greenstuffs, boiling up to 150% increase in mass and mincing rice, chopping salted sprat fillets, mixing the above components with drinking water, table salt and CO2-extract of white pepper, packing the obtained mix in aluminium tubes, hermetic sealing and sterilisation.
EFFECT: new canned food for space feeding of higher digestibility as compared to similar culinary dish.
