METHOD FOR PREDICTING OF EFFICIENCY OF TREATMENT WITH NOOCLERIN OF COGNITIVE DISORDERS IN CASE OF EPILEPSY Russian patent published in 2008 - IPC A61B5/476

Abstract RU 2334457 C2

FIELD: medicine, psychiatry.

SUBSTANCE: before beginning nooclerin intake electroencephalographic examination is carried out, indices of spectrum density (SD) or % of spectrum density (%SD) of delta and teta waves in frontal, parietal, central, occipital and temporal areas of brain are determined, average index SD or %SD is calculated. Obtained average indices SD or %SD of delta and teta waves are summarised. If an increase in sum is more than 25% in comparison with sum of SD or %SD indices of healthy tested people, low efficiency of treatment with nooclerin of cognitive disorders in case of epilepsy is predicted.

EFFECT: method allows predicting efficiency of treatment with nooclerin of cognitive disorders in case of epilepsy before administering preparation.
