FIELD: medicine, ophthalmology.
SUBSTANCE: after mechanical removal of grown-in cells, photosensibilising gel containing 0.05% of chlorine line photosensibiliser, is applied on stromal bed on regions of cell growing-in. It is held for one minute. Then remains of gel are removed and flap is put onto its place. Then transcorneal irradiation of regions of stromal bed in places of cornea epithelium growing-in with laser irradiation by fields, with covering adjacent fields on 5% of area, is performed. Energy density during irradiation is 10-15 Joule/cm².
EFFECT: method ensures destruction of remaining after scarification epithelium cells, adequate adaptation of cornea flap due to improvement of adhesion and absence of relapses or progressing of growing-in of cornea epithelium cells under flap.
