FIELD: medicine, pharmacology.

SUBSTANCE: ingredients of mixture for pelletisation containing biologically active ingredients are reduced until maximum bulk density of separate ingredients is achieved, with inactivation of not more than 50% of original dry biologically active ingredient. Then mixture is subjected to vibration until maximum bulk density of mixture is achieved and tablets are formed by direct pressing of mixture, with inactivation of not more than 50% of dry reduced biologically active ingredient.

EFFECT: ensuring combination of medicinal form quality and presence of set specific properties of biologically active ingredients in produced tablets using direct pressing with vibration of mixtures with maximally permissible loss of activity of dry biologically active ingredient.
