FIELD: technological processes.
SUBSTANCE: disc vacuum filter includes a tub for suspension, double-sided shaft with filtrate discharge channels, filtration sectors positioned on the shaft and communicating to the roll channels, dispensing caps, suspension stirring device. Filtrate discharge channels and filtration sectors on two halves of the double-sided shaft are displaced against each other at an angle, which can be equal to half of a filtration sector angle.
EFFECT: increased filter efficiency; reduced compressed air consumption and improved sediment removal at the blow-off moment along with reduced mechanical stress to the device construction.
