FIELD: metallurgy.
SUBSTANCE: upon production of melt it is modified by means of introduction of strontium at amount of 0.03-0.5% from mass of melt and successive introduction of beryllium at amount of 0.05-0.3% from mass of melt. With a speed titanium in form of alloyed rod is directly introduced into a casting chute. Further semi-continuous casting of ingots is carried out at metal cooling rate of 170-190°C/min with the following hot deformation of ingots.
EFFECT: upgraded plasticity of hot deformed blanks and increased output of accepted parts after successive production of cold deformed semi-finished products of thin section out of blanks.
