FIELD: technological processes.
SUBSTANCE: during soldering flux manufacturing flux and binding polyvinylbutyral resin are stirred with displacement, with flux particle size changed during processing to 1 mcm or less. Further the mix is combined with organic dissolvent, applied to an aluminum alloy sheet surface and dried. The flux-covered sheets are modeled to obtain parts of a given form, and soldering is performed. The applied flux coating is durable enough to withstand further technological operations.
EFFECT: excellent metallurgical soldering junction.
