SUBSTANCE: aircraft fuel tank overflow valve incorporates hollow body housing a shutoff needle jointed, via a plate spring, to a detachable plug, thrust bush and a tubular equalizer. The shutoff needle is made up of a shutoff element and a pressure sleeve. The tubular equalizer arranged in the upper part is tightly locked by the nut between the annular collar and additional pressure sleeve, while in the upper part it is locked by a threaded joint between the shutoff element and pressure sleeve lower surface. The shutoff element mounting surface accommodates a hollow alignment sleeve with lateral openings.

EFFECT: higher valve tightness and longer life.
