SUBSTANCE: invention relates to aircraft engineering, namely to devices for draining the fuel systems of aircraft (LA), in particular for connecting an overhead refuelling unit. The squeezing drain valve contains a hollow cylindrical body, a spring-loaded poppet valve containing a hollow cylindrical rod and a poppet, a ring-shaped cylindrical bushing, a cylindrical mounting body, a clamping flange. The upper part of the hollow cylindrical body is located inside the hollow cylindrical body and is fixed by a clamping flange, the upper part of the hollow cylindrical body has a spherical surface, the cylindrical mounting body forms a spherical surface with the clamping flange, which, together with the spherical surface of the hollow cylindrical body, forms a hinge pair, inside the hollow cylindrical rod a spring is installed and fixed by an ring-shaped cylindrical bushing installed in the upper part of the hollow cylindrical body, a hollow cylindrical rod is installed in the hollow cylindrical body with the possibility of longitudinal movement, a poppet is installed on the lower part of the hollow cylindrical rod. The lower part of the disc has a clamping surface, on which a ring-shaped cylindrical bore is made, where a ring-shaped annular sealing element is installed; on the inner part of the drain valve body, from the side of the clamping surface of the disc, a seat with an annular edge is made with the possibility of its interaction with the ring-shaped sealing element of the disc.

EFFECT: increase in reliability, simplification of maintenance and procedure for installing the overhead refuelling unit and draining fuel from it.
