To upgrade hot plasticity steel contains, mass %: carbon 0.03-0.08; silicon 0.03-0.08; manganese 4.0-6.0; chromium 16.0-18.0; nickel 16.0-18.0; vanadium 0.3-0.8; nitrogen 0.03-0.08; REM (rare earth metals) 0.03-0.08; calcium 0.003-0.008; barium 0.003-0.008; copper 0.3-0.8; zirconium 0.3-0.8; molybdenum 0.8-1.2; boron 0.03-0.08; iron - the rest.
EFFECT: upgraded hot plasticity of steel.
