SUBSTANCE: inventions refer to fencing design and an element of fencing with a wide spectrum of usage, and can be used at manufacturing of fencing for stairways, balconies, recessed balconies, terraces, parcels, shelters, building premises, constructions and other material objects. The fencing contains a base, elements of fencing in the form of racks with lateral, top face and bottom face surfaces placed on the base, a hand-rail fixed over the base, fencing elements communicating with a hand-rail. At least one rack is made from a firm fatty substance with a match providing generating of light energy at fusion of fatty substance and its burning together with a match which is placed along a rack. Thus the top end face of at least one of the said racks, is placed over a hand-rail Also, an element of fencing for the aforesaid fencing is described.
EFFECT: decreased labour iousness of manufacturing fencing, an element of fencing and their subsequent installation, increased corrosion resistance and expanded of functionality.
