FIELD: engines and pumps.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to displacement machines and can be used in designing, primarily, piston-type compressors and pumps exploiting the working space volume variation. The displacement machine contains, at least, one piston and two cranks arranged in the slot of driving mechanism linked with the piston. Every crank is coupled with its engine with a housing and drive shaft linked to the said crank. Both engine share a common housing. The shaft of one engine incorporates a through hole for the second engine shaft to pass through.
EFFECT: lower material capacity of the displacement machine, lower lateral loads transmitted by cranks onto piston.
