FIELD: machine building.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the field of compressors of volume action and may be used in development of mostly piston compressors. A compressor comprises a main 1 and an additional 2 cylinders with check valves 3, 4, 5 and 6. In the cylinder 1 there is a main piston 7 placed with a gap, and in the additional cylinder 2 - an auxiliary plunger 8. The piston 7 compresses gas, and the plunger 8 - a lubricating-cooling liquid. The driving mechanism comprises a link 9 with a slot 10, in which there are cranks 11, 12, connected with shafts 13 and 14 of electric motors. The shaft 13 has an opening 15, through which the shaft 14 stretches. In the body of the cylinder 1 there is a circular cavity 23, connected with the cylinder 2 via a channel 24 and an injection valve 6 and with a source of liquid 25 via a channel 26, which performs additionally a function of a heat exchanger. The cylinder 2 is connected with a source of liquid 25 via a channel 27, a suction valve 4 and a channel 27. During synchronous and oppositely directed rotation of cranks 11 and 12 in the slot 10 of the link 9 the piston 7 and the plunger 8 fixed on it make reciprocal movement along their common axis, sucking, compressing and injecting accordingly gas and liquid. In the compressor the cylinder 1 body and the piston 7 are actively cooled due to permanent circulation of the lubricating-cooling liquid in their cavities.
EFFECT: increased efficiency of a compressor.
