FIELD: physics.

SUBSTANCE: invention is related to measurement equipment and may be used in different industry fields, in which solid-state temperature calibrators are operated. Ampule of reference temperature point that contains cylindrical bowl with thermometric substance, insert with channel for thermometer coaxially installed in bowl, metal casing, differs by the fact that it contains metal bushing with adjusting and stop bolts, which are arranged with possibility of provision of tightening bowl cone connection with insert, which is installed inside metal casing, at that external diameter of channel for thermometer in relation to internal diameter of cylindrical bowl is in ratio of not more than 1:2 with diameter of ampule casing of not more than 25 mm and length of thermometer channel from 100 to 110 mm.

EFFECT: increase of thermometer and thermoelement calibration accuracy; reduction of time necessary for changing over to mode of melting or hardening of substances with constant temperatures of phase transitions.
