SUBSTANCE: invention relates to biotechnology and can be used in livestock farming. The method involves specifying initial beef cattle live weight, feeding with fodder which is additionally enriched with feed additive vitartil in the amount of 90-110 g per head twice a day during the whole fattening period. Evaluation of beef cattle live weight, slaughter of cattle and estimation of carcass follow.
EFFECT: increasing meat productivity of beef cattle during fattening operations.
