FIELD: agriculture, fishery.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to industrial fishery, namely to methods of scaring away marine mammals from fishing gears full of fish and molluscs. The method is based on forming and transmitting pulse information and energy signals to generate energy field around fishing gears. Pulse information and energy signals are light signals, produced by intermittent light sources, and electric signals generated by electrodes. Throughout the process pulse light signals dazzle marine mammals and electric signals shock them with pain scaring the mammals away and forcing them to leave fishing gears. Generation of energy field implies passing fishing gears through underwater malgoger which is connected to bottom ends of electric cables with pulse lighters and electrodes.
EFFECT: developing effective method of scaring marine mammals away from fishing gears.
