SUBSTANCE: method provides for feeding fish in limited sections of water area with simultaneous exposure to them in arbitrary combination of acoustic and / or chemical stimuli. Fish are attracted in catch zone by acoustic and / or chemical stimuli moving at a speed Vr, and Vmax>Vr>Vo, Vmm<Vr, where Vmax and Vo respectively, maximum and cruising travel speed of fish with commercial size, Vmm – maximum speed for young fish. At the same time, control of the number of young fish in the attracted fish community is performed in hydroacoustic manner. Fishing off is performed when acceptable minimum concentration of young fish is reached in general community of attracted fish.

EFFECT: method allows to reduce bycatch of young fish.
