SUBSTANCE: invention concerns food industry. Parsley root, parsnip root, celery root, onions and leek are diced and browned in melted butter. Dock spinach and greens are sliced and frozen. Beef and pickled cucumbers are diced. All listed components are mixed in no-oxygen medium with eggs, milk, table salt, black bitter pepper and bay leaf. Prepared mixture is packed up with bone broth, tinned and sterilised.

EFFECT: reception of the canned food of improved digestibility.
