SUBSTANCE: method is implemented by cutting and sauting in melted butter of parsley root, parsnip root, celery root, onion and leek. They cut and freeze sorrel, spinage and greens, cut chicken and pickled cucumbers. They mix the specified components without access of oxygen with chicken eggs, milk, cooking salt, black hot pepper and bay leaf. They pack the obtained mix and bone soup at the special proportion of components. They seal and sterilise it.
