FIELD: items of personal use.

SUBSTANCE: cleaning device is a vacuum cleaner with an electronic control device. The cleaning device contains a body with the lower surface with an inlet port on it and wheels for rolling the body about the floor with the lower surface facing the floor. The cleaning head of the cleaning device is made with the possibility of its fastening to the body and moving about the surface for its cleaning. The electronic control device has a possibility of switching to the setting position in the body through the inlet port from which it controls the operating mode of the cleaning device. The body and the control device contain an electric connector made so that moving of the control device to the direction of its setting mode and into it moves the connector of the control device to the direction of mechanic and electric connection with the body connector and into it. As a version of the cleaning device design, there is a cover fixed on the device with the possibility of switching into the setting mode and closing the inlet port by moving the control device into its setting position. The cover is situated in the cavity of the body. In the other design variant of the cleaning device the cover has a mark for identification of a model of the control device and is visible to the use when the cover is situated in its setting position.

EFFECT: reduction of mechanical damage of the electronic control device during use and transportation of the cleaning device and increase of its convenience and simplification of the electronic control device installation to the body of the cleaning device.
