SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medicine, namely to ophthalmology and can be used for prediction of glaucoma clinical course. Level of tolerant intraocular pressure is determined before and immediately after course of neurotrophic therapy. If level of tolerant intraocular pressure grows on 2 and more mm of mercury from initial, treatment is considered efficient, clinical course of glaucomatous process is considered stabilised. Method insures possibility to estimate stabilisation of glaucomal process in early terms after treatment.
EFFECT: ensuring possibility to estimate stabilisation of glaucomal process in early terms after treatment.
