SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medicine, in particular, to ophthalmology, namely to surgical methods of treatment of closed-angle glaucoma with organic blockade of anterior chamber angle. Lens is replaced with posterior-chamber intraocular lens. Goniosynechiolysis is performed. After goniosynechiolysis discontinuous trabeculotomy ab interno is performed in upper-internal zone of anterior chamber angle, in case is goniosynechia are present in said zone, their separation and discontinuous trabeculotomy ab interno are performed in one approach.
EFFECT: method makes it possible to obtain so called target pressure by enhancement of IOF outflow by natural ways, as well as to reduce speed of glaucoma optic neuropathy progressing and ensure longer preservation of visual functions stability on eyes with developed and advanced stages of glaucoma.
