SUBSTANCE: invention relates to ophtalmosurgery and can be used in surgical treatment of glaucoma. Conjunctival and superficial scleral flaps are cut out and deep layers of sclera in form of triangular are removed until inner layers of corneoscleral part of trabecula and Descemet's membrane are exposed. Superficial scleral flap is fixed on corners and on middles of lateral sides with 4 knot sutures. Thin knife "peak" is introduced under fixed scleral flap opposite its base and trabeculotomia is performed. Length of trabeculotomia must be not less than 1 mm shorter than width of scleral flap Then hydrogel grainage is implanted: its one end is introduced through trabeculotomia into anterior chamber not less than on 1 mm, the other end is placed on episclera in such way that it projects from superficial scleral flap not less than on 1.5 mm. Width of hydrogel drainage must not be greater than length of trabeculotomia. Control of filtration is carried out, and if it is not sufficient one or two knot sutures are removed from corners or lateral sides of superficial scleral flap. Operation is finished with application continuous suture on conjunctiva.
