FIELD: machine building.
SUBSTANCE: invention is meant for use in the chemical industry, agro-industrial systems, production of construction materials and other types of industry. The unit consists of dosing apparatus, an out-feed device, a case, impingement plate and a shaft with a disc inside the case, with blades and an actuator fixed on the shaft. A conical element is fixed to the disc. Elastic elements are mounted on the lateral surfaces of the blades. The impingement plate has a curvilinear shape.
EFFECT: simplification of the structure with high efficiency of mixing.
