FIELD: technological processes.

SUBSTANCE: items are heated with plasma jet of steam and gas discharge between multi-channel solid anode and electrolytic cathode with voltage of 1000≤U≤1600 V and discharge current of 1≤I≤6 A for 5 seconds, at that distance from the surface of processed item to the surface of solid anode amounts to 5≤h≤100 mm, interelectrode distance from lower surface of solid anode to the surface of electrolytic cathode is 2<L<10 mm. The other version of processing is heating of item with plasma jet of steam and gas discharge between solid cathode and electrolytic anode with voltage of 500≤U≤2000V and discharge current of 1.5≤I≤8A for at least 5 seconds, at that distance from the surface of processed item to the surface of solid cathode amounts to 5≤h≤140 mm, interelectrode distance from lower surface of solid cathode to the surface of electrolytic anode is 2<L<10 mm. For implementation of method in accordance with the first version device contains solid anode that has truncated cone shape outside from the side of electrolytic cathode and central cylindrical opening with diameter of 5<d< 20 mm and electrolytic cathode with metal current lead, at that distance between lower surface of solid anode and surface of electrolytic cathode makes 2<L<10 mm. According to the second version device has solid cathode, which has shape of truncated cone outside from the side of electrolytic anode and central cylindrical opening, at that internal diameter of cylinder is selected from inequality of 5<d<20 mm, interelectrode distance between cathode and electrolyte makes 2<L<10 mm. Invention contains several versions of devices.

EFFECT: increase of items depth and strengthening parameter; reduction of processing time and increase of processed items dimensions.
