FIELD: physics.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the field of electroplating and can be used in power engineering for machining turbine blades and in mechanical engineering for machining electrode tools. Device contains a power source, an electrolyte supply system, a cylindrical tube for the formation of consecutive electrolyte droplets and potential supply, a metal electrode, an insulated stand and an electrolytic bath for collecting liquid; in addition, it additionally contains a typed current lead, made in the form of a package of conductors interconnected at one end, and fixed with an annular gap by this end in a cylindrical tube, a cylindrical tube for the formation of consecutive drops and a dialed current lead are connected to the negative pole of the power source, and the metal product to be connected to the positive pole of the power source is used as the metal electrode.
EFFECT: technical result is the expansion of the technological capabilities of the device for electrolyte-plasma surface treatment of metal products, and improving the surface quality of these products after processing.
