SUBSTANCE: downhole pump drive incorporates a driving link shaft, an annular casing made up of the base, a drum with a flexible element and a cover with branch pipe and an insert representing two split branch pipes. The drum outer dog adjoining the driving link shaft accommodates a rigidly fixed plate with the through lengthwise hole and through slot. The said slot is arranged opposite the lengthwise hole on the plate free face. A drive sprocket is fitted on the driving link shaft end arranged in the casing. The shaft with the driven sprocket is arranged parallel to the driving link shaft and at an equal distance from the base axis and rigidly attached to the base inner flat wall. To the same place, a cylindrical arc-like guide for continuous multi-row chain outer branch fitted on the sprocket and linked to the slider is attached. The slider can, for example, represent a cylinder fitted in the plate lengthwise hole. The cover concave cylindrical surface accommodates a freely running additional internal mesh sprocket. The base convex cylindrical surface accommodates a freely running hollow cylinder. An additional flexible element is wound up on and fastened by its one end to the drum.

EFFECT: lower motor power consumption, expanded performances provided for by motor shaft unidirectional rotation.
